My name is Jane Jaques and for over 20 years I have been supporting women from Rayleigh, Benfleet and the wider south east Essex area with a range of Reflexology and Holistic Therapies from my garden treatment room in Rayleigh.

I am passionate about helping women to maximise their health and well-being and have a particular focus on supporting couples throughout pregnancy and the often difficult journey to conceiving with Reproductive Reflexology and Pregnancy Massage. Learn more on the Reflexology Page.
